Anybody remember this thread where Kara set up a DietBet challenge?
I totally took it on and won! Yep, I'm 4% lighter than I was a month ago!
I'm so, so proud of myself. I focussed on tracking my food (using MyFItnessPal), walking 10,000 steps a day (which I tracked on my FitBit), and using the elliptical for 30 minutes about 5 times a week. My hubby was a huge supporter and even joined in and lost 4% too!
I don't know how much $$$ I won yet because the results are coming in from the other players, but I am SO happy I took on the challenge!
