I love my husband!

Okay, this is when you know your weird scrapbooking obsession is at least appreciated by your loved ones. :) My husband comes home last night and says "hon - I have a surprise for you!!" which is weird, becuase he is NOT the type to ever surprise me with anything. Well, he hands me an envelope and inside is 20 or so pieces of heavy chipboard and about as many heavy cardboards!! He was grinning, and was happy that I was so excited with his find. :) A shipment of letterheads and brochure thingscame to his office, so he 'rescued' all of these for me!! It's about the sweetest thing he's done in weeks!
Now I just have to think up uses for it all... hahah!
 
If I were to ASK my hubby for that he would do it, along with about 1,000 questions but he would do it!!! On his own though......not likely!! He did give me some nice compliments on all the layouts I printed and hung on the wall though so I guess that is progress!!!!
 
what a sweet man! i have one of those too who randomly do amazing things...as simple as buying a fave movie i love on sale or something! yay...tell you hubby how much you love him...again. =)
 
Aww, so sweet! :D

My DH when I was first getting into scrapbooking (traditional) as we know it today, brought home the ends of a bunch of wire from work - once they've only got a couple feet left, they toss it, so he grabbed a WHOLE bunch of wire, lol. I think I still have it, because really, what did I need so much wire for, haha...but it was sweet of him, anyway! :D
 
My DH did something like that when I was really into altering CDs - he brought me home a bunch of CDs. I also had a co-worker who gave me and then when I moved sent me (via the office mail) Altoid tins when I was in a phase of altering those. I think my hubby doesn't do that anymore because, well, first he's unemployed and second he doesn't think creatively, so he doesn't know what I could use for playing, lol....
Your hubby is definitely a keeper!
 
Awww, how sweet...you gotta love ém when they do stuff like that! Mine does that sorta thing all the time, and it's awesome!:thumbup:
 
what a great guy, my hubby would NEVER think about things is his world, that I might use in mine, LOL

What a great hubby!
Mine works for a printing company, so he is always bringing me samples of papers and printing stock.
The last paper he brought me was a silk paper. It's so smooth and kinda satiny.
 
That is SOOO sweet! I think I would be just as happy about the chipboard as the fact that my husband "gets" my hobby!
