I AM MY MOTHER!

well, you mom must be lovely because you are too! I "hear" my mother a lot in the ways that I respond to things. :D
 
I seem to be turning into my dad. Or rather, I guess my dad's mom. (I grew up looking a LOT like my mom and her mom.) But now? Somehow as I age, I'm becoming my dad. Someone help me! LOL
 
I used the old filter on Snapchat and almost fell off my dang chair, it looked JUST like my mom, it creeped me the heck out *shudder*
 
I find I look more like my mom as I age and I hear her voice in my head all the time so find myself responding much as she would to things.

I know the feeling, like even my glasses don't look like my glasses. They look like the 50's cat glasses my mom wears! :blink:

THIS IS ME, TOO! People always told me I looked so much like my mom, which I didn't appreciate AT ALL because when you're a kid you just think your mom is old, right? But now I realize how beautiful my mom is and how well she's aged, and I can't see how I look like her at all anymore.

And, Dalis, I agree with the above comment that your mom must be lovely!
 
Yes, I look so much like my mother now that I'm older. It is a bit freaky. My mom's oldest friend (since third grade) commented on it recently on FB.
We have sounded alike on the phone since I was a kid. So much so that it became the standard in our house when answering the phone that we just declared up front on our pickup greeting who was on the end of the line so there wasn't any confusion.

Every time I look in the mirror these days, I look more and more like my mom. I am also starting to act more like her as well. My mom was very fiery and didn't give a damn what anyone thought of her. With each passing year, I care less and less about those kind of things too. Today at work, someone said I was weird because I was talking to myself and my reply was "you're damn right I am and I am not afraid to claim it." Then I thought, piss on them. I may be weird, but I am a happy weird. LOL
