I like to set up my hybrid documents in a standard photo size like 8x10 or 5x7 (whatever it fits inside.) Just leave the extra spaces blank if your project isn't that exact size. Then I can use the photo printing interface that comes with Windows...make sure 'fit to paper' is unchecked. If your project is small enough you can print several at a time. For double sided printing, print oneside then reload the paper and print the other side. The photo printing interface centers it pretty well though it's always a good idea to test print a simple pattern on a low ink setting just to check alignment for your specific printer. I made a memory card game using family pics for a family craft auction and they were a hit!
