Awww guys, you made me teary eyed. So great to see all of your faces and know that you still remember me. LOL
And especially to remember my Laddy (Ben) and that my daughter is in the AF and in Hawaii. You guys have great memories!
Laddy is doing awesome. He is now almost 3 1/2. All boy - my kids were all girls so getting used to the way he plays and such is new to me. But his Pops is really good with all of that since he went through those years with my stepson. I am (almost) obsessive over him. I still don't let him out of my sight when he is here because I fear for him getting hurt, etc. He can now open doors, climb our stairs, gets the movie organizer out by himself and picks the movies he wants to watch, is talking like crazy - I think he learns a new word everyday. Here he is playing with his Pops.

Alyssa is still in the Air Force and still in Hawaii. She will be home for Christmas the 15th - 29th of December. I can't wait to see her. She last came home in June. She is excelling and actually ranks up on Friday. She works in a top secret NSA location that sits in the middle of 30,000 acres. So proud of her and the job she does. She had to score really high to get the job she has so that's awesome. She will be in 3 years in May.
I am making a surprise visit to see her in Feb or March that her boyfriend is helping me plan. I can not wait to see her face when I'm standing in her house when she walks in. It will be just me going so we will have some awesome Mother/Daughter time and I get to go to HAWAII! How exciting, right? Beach, here I come!
Megan (Chunky) is now 16 1/2 and working on getting her driver's license. She will get it in March next year. She is doing really well. She is a home body and just likes to hang out at home with Jonathan and I which is fine with us, then we don't have to worry about her.
Breanna is now 20 and has her own apartment and is a supervisor at Buccee's, a huge convenience store around the lower parts of Texas. Not sure if they are in other parts of the U.S. Super proud of her as well for being a single Mom and doing so well on her own. She rarely has to ask anyone for help and when she does it's because something has broken on her car, etc. that she wasn't expecting.
Amazing how time flies. I can't believe my kiddos are so big and I am really working hard to accept that. It is a really hard transition to go from being needed so much by them to them taking care of themselves and not relying on you. I may not hear from them for a few weeks and that is really hard. I've cried a few tears over that. But it will get better my Mom says.
Me, I haven't done much scrapping and the little I have done has been on my Project Life album. I have only made 1 quilt this year which is very odd for me as I usually do approx. 5 to 8 a year. I have been extremely focused on physical fitness. I am now certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and working toward becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I also will begin teaching Yoga at Gold's Gym mid January. Busy, busy. But it has definitely paid off. Here is how I am looking these days. I've lost almost 50 pounds. I still look the same in the face as you can see, haven't changed up my hair or anything. And of course, my crazy personality is still the same. Ha ha.

I will be around more to visit. I want to get back into my digital scrapping as well and will most likely do lots of hybrid. That is how my December Daily's have been and my Project Life.
