Helpdesk - How do you count the hours?

When you are waiting for SSD helpdesk, does the 72 hours only count when they are open?
I see the hours they are open is 10am-8pm Tuesday through Saturday. I'm wondering if that means my Friday night ticket won't be solved until next week Tuesday or Wednesday (70 hours of them being open). Or if it counts when they are open as a day, so I should hear back sometime this week?

Also, is there a way to follow up on an open ticket?
 
Hi there! Robin is usually on top of things even when it doesn't fall within our official hours... especially on big weekends like iNSD. Did you send a ticket in? If you haven't gotten a response, I would almost bet that either your message to her or her response to you is in spam somewhere.

I'll point her in the direction of this thread to see if she can help you out!

I did send a ticket in on Friday Libby. I triple checked my spam all weekend because it's a link reset request, and I really wanted to play with it over the weekend.
