HELP!!!

When going to check out my cart, I get a notification that there is no available shipping to my address. Nor does it help to change it to an American address. Is there something wrong with the system or is it just me? I have a few goodies in my cart I really would like and I hope this is just a fluke and not an eternal ban.
Can anyone help?
 
Hey Christine, it sounds like one of the products you are trying to purchase has an error in the way it was set up. One of them probably wasn't set to free shipping.

Can you tell us what you're trying to check out with so we can try to isolate the problem?

Hey, Christine... Just checked and it's not an issue with my templates. It's most likely one of the new releases. That little checkbox for free shipping is easy for us to miss when we are setting things up. :p
