I made a purchase on Tuesday and my internet has been wonky all week breaking in and out. I wasn't able to get the downloads and they hit the max of 5, I sent a help message but with my net acting up in not sure it got though. I've heard from several designing friends that you guys are fab and it usually doesn't take this long and my message may not have went through. I've never had an issue downloading before if anyone can check into this for me it would be fab thank you.
