ok I know some of you may not be for guns and I am really ok with everyone's beliefs, but I have to share this photo of how my DD (6) got her learning on at the gun range with my DH wearing my ear and eye protection :) :wub: now I just need a title to scrap it!

the best thing is her dad is an AWESOME teacher when it comes to gun safety and all the basic gun rules...:)
 
that is awesome! Good for you and your dh for teaching safety, and how to respect and use something properly. I think that goes a long way.
 
Cute photo! And I agree, if there are going to be guns in a home, everyone should know how to handle them safely. :)
 
Awesome Angie! All my boys are learning to shoot. And I'll be having my first lesson in the next month or so.
 
Cute! I'm not a huge fan of guns, but I think it's fun to shoot at a range/target. Love the pink ear protectors!
 
awww... so sweet! I, too, love the pink ear protection - awesome!!! My step-dad taught me how to shoot when I was in my mid 20's... even though I will not allow guns in my house, I'm happy that I have that knowledge. :)

Love it! DH and I were just talking about what age our girls need to be before he starts taking them shooting and teaching gun safety. :D
 
i love the pink ear muffs. ♥ so girly and cute!
i took hunter's safety when i was 20 just because my hubby was going to start hunting. and i felt that it was good to know that stuff. :) my girls will take it when they are 12. :)
 
That is adorable!
My ds's always shoot the BBGuns when we go to NC I never take pics b/c I'm afraid of people bashing me but it's fun for them and they are supervised by 3 adult men.
