Hard Drive Dead :(

So this will really teach me not to procrastinate unzipping files. My hard drive on my desktop has failed and at this point, I'm doubtful I'll be able to retrieve any files from there. We are talking about downloaded kits from pretty much every place I buy from which includes a lot from here. Files from as far back as 3 years I hadn't had time to unzip because I had to put things on hold because of family issues...all gone. :( I had them all in a local download file. I was good about backing up other things like my husband's business files and photos of my kids (which I have also on SD cards) onto my EHD, but I had just started transferring the kits I had when it died. I'm heartbroken. :crying:
 
Oh no. I feel your pain. You could try going through your account here and see what you might still be able to download.
 
Oh no!

I had an EHD die on me 4 years ago with almost 10 years' worth of scrap supplies on it. It still makes me sad. :crying:
 
I'm sorry! I hope you're able to get some of it back through the stores.

OMG...that is my worst "scrapelated" fear! :crying: I'm so sorry that happened. I know SSD tends to keep the download links active for quite a while, as long as the products are still available in the store. Good luck recovering as much as you can!
 
So sorry to hear. I think a lot of us can relate unfortunately. Hope you are able to recover some of it.
