had issue with credit card

I tried to purchase today with credit card, I don't use PayPal (and won't). I was using my June code.
I received this error.
how do I proceed?

Hi. Before I pass your question along to someone else (I don't have access to purchases and such for the Shoppe) can you clarify which sort of code you're using?
You said you were using your June code.
In the Choose Your Own Adventure in Scrapbooking: June 2024 thread found here it says: Sweet Rewards earned in June will be redeemable between July 14 th and 27th.

Or...are you talking about some other June code/reward?

Sorry, I mean the July one from the summer games.
 
Hey! You may just need to try making payment again as that's an error on their side and not anything we can control. Feel free to contact me directly if you continue to have trouble. I am away, so i may be slow to reply but I will get you fixed up the moment I can :)
