Guess where else they're hiding tree nuts??

You guys may remember my post about hypoallergenic lotions and discovering them loaded with macadamia nut oil or what not.. Well........ I, la, continue to be the tree nut allergy guinea pig for you all (hahaahah jk). I had switched laundry detergents a while back, and love it for the most part... alas however, I ran out and in a bind (ie not at the right store and it's a drive) I grabbed some 7th generation laundry detergent.. Free and clear type, all natural.. happy..etc. This should be fine!

a week later I can't figure out why I'm constantly covered in hives.. especially when I go to bed..

dun dun dun. finally read the ingredient list. Almonds. almonds. why are you putting almonds in my laundry detergent people!

So.. word to the wise. Read that ingredient list too

It also lurks in hand soaps, shave gels, tons of natural baby products and natural cosmetics, furniture polish, floor cleaners... it's everywhere!

I can almost understand cosmetics and body stuff. But laundy detergent seems so silly !

oh no... that's not fun! Hoping your got the regular detergent! It doesn't make sense to have almonds in laundry detergent. I would have never thought of it having nuts! Pun intended - that's nuts!
