Just an fyi: I found a great deal on PSE13 at Costco and just wanted to post in case anyone is looking to upgrade. It's $49.99 until November 30th. I upgraded from 11. It looks like there are some pretty big photo editing improvements and it also seems that a lot of the glitches that showed up in 12 have been fixed. This has been probably the most seamless upgrade I've experienced. Hope this helps someone.
