I made a purchase on Sunday of over $10 and the FWP showed up in my cart but the download key didn't show up in my email or on the confirmation page with all the other orders.
I sent an email to Customer Service but haven't heard back - did I read that Robin is on vacation this week? I can't remember if I read that this past weekend or the weekend before - LOL! I can wait until next week but I just wanted to make sure that I went through the proper process to address the issue by emailing Customer Service.
