Feeling stupid, forgot shoppe password

Ughh, I am frustrated. :( In my quest for security, I have too many passwords, and can't for the life of me remember how to login to the shoppe! I was logged in last week, not sure why my computer kicked me out.

And unfortunately my email doesn't seem to like Sweet Shoppe Designs (gmail) and I fear that I am just not getting emails, and can't even find them in the trash. :( I have gmail. Has anyone else had this problem with gmail? The last SSD newsletter I can even find was from 10/6!

(I have put in a request for help, just kinda venting b/c I really wish I could log in and shop!)
 
I was having that problem at another online store - although not with gmail. I eventually gave up and set up another account with a different e-mail address.

Did you try doing the password recovery? Sometimes that kind of e-mail will go through when newsletters won't. That's super frustrating!
 
I have noticed that lately, I am not getting the newsletters either. I get newsletters from SSD designers, emails from shoppe for download links, but not the shoppe newsletter. I have gmail too.
 
I know there was an issue with gmail and the newsletter a little while ago. I missed a few newsletters too, but I've been getting them lately. I'm sure Robin can help you out, but you might want to contact her through a PM since you may not be receiving her replies in your email.
 
Gmail has been putting our messages into user's spam folders, and unfortunately, I'm not having much luck getting them to fix that. Still working on it, but if you have gmail and havent heard back from me, we might be blocked for some reason :(

Elizabeth, have you checked your spam folder for the password recovery mail?

Whew, yes it was in SPAM! I never go check it, and couldn't even figure out to find it, I kept looking in "all mail". DH helped me. It is there! So glad I posted here!
