I'm gearing up for one of my boys most favorite December traditions... our count down to Christmas story time. which is where we read 1 or 2 different books about Christmas [or the holiday season] for the 12 nights leading up to Christmas. I would really love to shake up our regular reading program and add some new titles to our holiday library. please share some favorites you and your family love!

these were new books I added last year that were all HUGE hits. they are all kinds of cutecutecute and so much fun to read aloud. the boys absolutely loved them [especially the pirate titles]!

and my personal favorite:

Letters from Father Christmas by J.R.R. Tolkien

This is my favorite Christmas book.:wub::wub:

You Are My Miracle

We also read:

We have 30+ as we read from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve so I will come back tomorrow if I think of any other especially good ones. :)
