I was all set (mentally) to scrub my bathtub. And next thing I know . . . I'm in front of the computer . . . :blink: . . . what the heck happened?

Umm... one word - YEP! It happens to me all the time which is probably why my house is a mess right now. :blink:
 
Luckily my fiancee is fully aware of my domestic downfalls (which are cooking and cleaning, LOL!), so he doesn't expect much from me :p
 
Um yeah happens to me all the time lol! That would probably be why I can't recall the last time I scrubbed ours :blink:
 
Yea....I have that problem too !!! Still have not finished up all the laundry from vacation yet, this is so much better :)
 
Cleaning :thumbdown: Who needs it! I wish... I tell myself, if I can get one thing done... 15 minutes on the computer... two things done 30 minutes on the computer...Great concept but I rarely stick to it :blink:
 
All the time! I tell myself "okay, a quick check on the computer and then I'll go to some cleaning...." 45 mins later I'm wondering what happened! LOL!
 
One of my favorite quotes.. and my tagline on Hello.... The only thing domestic about me is that I live in a house. :)
 
So totally me too! I forget about laundry in the washer...ALL the time. Or I get the dishwasher half loaded. Or half-clean just about ANYTHING, and then forget...cause I'm back at the computer. LOL!

Well I did finally get the bathtub scrubbed. Think I'm good for today. In fact, I don't even think I should worry about cooking dinner.

I thought I was the only one who forgot about laundry in the wash or half-cleaned things, lol! It frustrates my DH to no end. I usually get the dishwasher finished because if I didn't, the dogs would be cleaning the dishes...:blink:
I guess you could say the same about me and my job/work - right now I should be working on reports, but where am I....

The story of my life :)

In fact, I'm living it now. The inlaws will be here on Sunday - and instead of scrubbing the boys bathroom (which the inlaws use), I'm here, piddling away..trying to find inspiration to actually clean. I've been cleaning all morning - I tired :)

ROTFL. . . .I just walked past my washer and siad, oh I 'll do this in a minute, fully knowing that I will NOT!!!! :p
 
Yes, every Saturday is house cleaning day and every Saturday it takes me all darn day to finish because I spend most of it in front of the computer. It should only take me about 4 hours to clean the house but it takes about 8! LOL!
 
it's happening now......

DS is on the street corner and I should be doing the dishes........ but........I'm not






P.S. (yes he's only 3 and yes someone is with him -- neighbor girl is selling cookies - she's almost 14 ;) )
