After spending a week agonizing over what I was going to use for the album, I bit the bullet and went to my crappy Michael's.
I bought a MAMBI album, took out the posts, punched holes in it and added rings. For my pages, I cut cardstock 8 inches x 8, 8.25, 8.5, etc... creating a layered effect.
For my numbers I stamped the numbers, added pen detail, and adhered them to glitter snowflakes by MAMBI.

I'm going all digital and going to do a shutterfly book like Aggie did! So I've got to decide on a template or design and gather my Christmas kits! I'm also going to start all the pages for Dec/Jan and get the numbers and rough prompts on them.
Should keep me busy this week! LOL

There are definitely some date circles by Ali at DD today if that's what you're after
Hope that helps.I've gone through all my stuff and sorted out the kits & embellishment I want to use and have them all in one folder. I haven't decided on all templates yet. I'm hoping Ali puts out some new ones. I'm using Bree's Collection #19 and Inspired by Holly, some from Janet Phillips and a few old cookies, but I need some more

Ali put out her December Daily templates today at DD. They are 12x12 and there are 5 templates in the pack. I really like those date stamps and the Christmas words. I think those may go into my collection.
Yesterday I picked up a couple things at Target from MM's FaLaLa line (thanks for the heads-up Aaron!). I picked up the poinsetta flowers, some transparent embellies and word pebbles.
I've got my Christmas stuff pulled together and in a separate folder. Today during racing/football, I want to start putting the bones together.

Oh I'm loving the new stuff Ali put out! WOOT!
I want to try and make my own circle stamps, if only to save the $3.99, lol.
Heads up though, at the end of the week DD is gonna have a sale (starts thursday night I believe) for 30% off storewide. So if you want to get any of Ali's new stuff, wait til the end of the week!!

Sweet Col, I was thinking that it may be time to start another thread. I have stalled out at getting the pages cut, but I am hoping to work on them today...and yeah, the stuff I saw at DD was what I was talking about - the templates and such- but I am thinking of making some of my own to use. We'll see how that goes.

Col, I have decided to go all digital with the book for my niece. I told my SIL what I was doing and she suggested it would be better for the TWO year old hands if it was all flat!!!! I may do a paper/hybrid one for my family though just cause I can!!!
