Canon 70D with Lightroom

I just got brand new canon 70d. I have the newest version of Lightroom (5.7.1). But when I try to import pictures from the camera using Lightroom, the software doesn't even see 70D as a choice to import from.

Anyone else using 70D with lightroom? any tips?

How odd! The 70D is definitely supported by Lightroom: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/cameraaw.html#Canon

Since it's on the list Heddy linked, it should work as long as your version is updated. I hope you are able to get it working and congrats on your new camera!
