Mother's Day weekend kept our staffers busy, but we do have a few gorgeous layouts to share with you chickies this week!

# 6 - Use Filters on Your Photos
I almost never use a photo straight out of the camera. I've made my own photo filters for years and almost always apply at least one filter to enhance the photo. I don't like to make a photo look unnatural for most pages, but some photos just scream for something special like the one I used on my page below.

#7 - Scraplift a Designer....I chose to lift one of La's pages. I just love her style.

I created this page with both of these prompts in mind :

#1 - One Single Moment
My sweet little boys are beautifully stair stepped in height right now. It's something that I know won't last forever and so I try to capture and document photos of them in this stage as often as possible.

#24 - Use 10 different flowers on a page
I love to cluster, so I think the more flowers on a page the better! And I shamelessly adore piling up loads of flowers on my boy layouts.

#6 - Use a filter on your photo
I love using filters on my photos and usually go in afterwards to further tweak the levels further by hand. Such fun stuff!

#8: From Corner to Corner

I love doing layouts with a strong diagonal line, so I was immediately drawn to this challenge. I used blocks of paper to create the basis for the diagonal design and then filled it in with flowers and other elements. I'm generally a pretty slow scrapper, but this layout came together rather quickly since I had a clear vision for the basic design. It was fun to create!
