Apple vs. Samsung

I have no comment on the merits of the Apple/Samsung lawsuit, but I thought this article was interesting - commenting on some of the possible effects of the recent ruling, which was largely in Apple's favor.

Just the idea of Samsung recalling all those Android phones in the US market is mind-boggling! But I am intrigued by the whole debate on whether to patent design aspects or not, as some commenters have brought up.
