Anyone else having forum problems?

Lately when I click on threads in the forum, I'm getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error. For a while I won't be able to access anything, then later the same threads load without a problem. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but it started when the shop came back up after its upgrade.
 
Try clearing your history Rachel. We think it's left over cookies or something along those lines that are causing issues for some users with data left over from the old server that isn't resolving properly. I know Rebecca was having the same thing and once she cleared her history completely, it went away. I haven't been able to duplicate it on my end.
 
So far so good! :) Thanks, Robin. Since it was intermittent I'll let you know if it happens again, but hopefully it's fixed now. It was happening at least 3/4 of the time and now I've visited a few threads in a row without a problem.
 
I was having the same problem the day after we switched servers, Rachel. I even tried in a different browser. I ended up clearing my cookies/history and haven't had a problem since. Hope it works for you, too!
 
I have the same trouble when I use Chrome, so I opened up SSD in Firefox and it seems fine. I had to uninstall and reinstall firefox though so all my cookies are brand new so that is probably what it is and I should do it Chrome LOL

Yes... it was the weirdest thing! I could get to some threads but not others in Chrome... I thought I cleared out my cache - but apparently I didn't do it far enough back in my history. Hubby cleared out from the beginning of time and haven't had any problems since. :)
