Default refilling helium balloons?

my son received "2" and "4" mylar balloons last month at his high school track & field senior night. my brother-in-law, who's a photographer, is going to take photos of him for his graduation announcements. it seems kind of wasteful to re-buy such balloons for the photo shoot, so my question is this: is it possible to refill the helium in the balloons?? is there a place i can take them to that will do this? (i am willing to pay.) thanks!!

I would imagine if you took them to a party store or a grocery store that sells helium balloons, they would fill them up for a price.

I wonder if one of those tanks you can get at Walmart would work? They work on new balloons, not sure about reusing them.

thanks! we took them to party city and they were able to do it. they charged $1.80 to top off both balloons which i think is reasonable.
