May 2023 - Show Off & Shout Out!
 Hey, hey Sweet Shoppers! Welcome to this month's Show Off & Shout Out companion thread! This is your place to strut your stuff and give some love to the scrappers who inspire you each month including yourself! Rather than incorporating leaving love into this year's challenges, we decided we'd rather give you a spot to look through the gallery, leave love on your favorite pages, show off the pages you're most proud of creating this month and shout out to scrappers whose layouts really stood out to you! Best of all, we're giving away FREE stuff to say thanks for helping make our community sweet, inspiring, and uplifting too! Here's how it works... Claim your spot in this thread each month and before 11:59pm EST on the last day of the month, update your post with the following info...
That's it! Just for showing off and shouting out, you'll be entered to win a free kit or mini bundle up to $15 in value from our sweet spot because at the beginning of every month, we'll be choosing winners at random from everyone who left love, showed off their favorite pages or nominated their fellow scrappers to win! My spot for this month.
Leave love: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. Show off:  This month I'm picking this Magical Surprise layout as my show off. I love how everything came together, the sketch and the kit are a wonderful combination. I also love my clusters with all the flowers but also with many themed elements. Shout out:  My shout out goes this month to ClaireG's Enjoy The Outdoors layout. I love to go on a walk myself, esp. in nature. I love the way the template brings out all nature's beauty and the kits support it as well. Those clusters are gorgeous, I love all the butterflies too.

My spot for this month.
Leave love: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. Show off: I was surprised by the end result of this layout. I was in such a dark place when I was making it, it was a surprise to see so much colour, a sign that I was coming through my stress and anxiety and out into the light.  Shout out: I love this by Megan43 - it's beautiful and I love the message of not defining someone in one way - beauty tempered with a strong personality. The rays are perfect for the photo and I just love the bright yellow colour palette.

Photos of my youngest daughter. I am very proud of my youngest. She already has a large backpack to carry, having lost her father when she was 20. Getting pregnant unwantedly and abandoned by her baby's father. Domestic violence at her new boyfriend. Have to come back home. Raising an autistic child alone. It's a heavy backpack. I help her as much as I can. And I'm really proud of her. That's why I made this layout.
