Photoshop issues
Hoping someone has some ideas????
My Mini Bridge (Photoshop CS5) is completely dead. Just a big empty grey box... its not the 'waiting for Bridge' with the little rotating circle error thing, which has lots of suggested fixes on the web... just nothing. I've installed Photoshop on another PC and its the same there (which is kind of weird because it seems like a corrupted file problem on my PC), so I doubt that re-installing it on my PC is going to help. Has anyone ever come across this? (its CS5 on a PC, Windows 10). Bridge is working fine but scrapping with that rather than Mini Bridge is tedious and painful and will drive me insane!!

I just installed CS6 on my new laptop, and I am having the same problem. I haven't checked my old laptop to see if it is doing the same thing. It has been working up on the old laptop.

I eventually found a fix - we think it is either a Windows update that caused it and/or something to do with Adobe no longer providing technical support for CS6 and earlier versions as from around October 30th 2017.
After much digging online we found this post in an Adobe forum where a lot of people all with CS6 or earlier suddenly had empty Mini Bridges. The solution is here. We followed it and it worked . Fingers crossed it stays working now!!
