Anyone else having trouble with Avatars?

Mine is 250x250 pixels and well under the file size limit. Still not showing up. And I tried linking to it in Photobucket... that didn't work either. Then, I attempted to load my old Avatar back... didn't show up. I tried Traci's new Mario avatar.... didn't work. Blah!!!

I'm thinking maybe permissions were changed? Or there's something wrong with the vBulletin? Not sure. I just hate being a broken image up there.
