Any Fitbit flex users here?
You wanna add each other and do the challenges? Mostly i do the Workday Hustle, gives me more motivation. Love my fitbit flex, it's like a bracelet to me and just leave it and forget about it and check your stats anytime of the day, makes me happy to get that alert that I've hit my goal for the day.

I'm a fitbit user. I have the flex also. I am irritated though because it won't hold a charge. I charged it for a full day and it worked for 4 hours before shutting off completely. I charged it for another full day and same thing. I'm confused.

Sherri, mine is doing the same thing. It's no longer under warranty so I think I am SOL. It takes forever to get it to charge too. I'm considering buying one of the clip on ones that you can actually change the battery in.

You might want to contact them even if it's not under warranty.
I lost the first flex I bought this fall after only having it about a month. They checked my feed and could see it hadn't been activated in a while, so they sent me a replacement. Without a receipt. Then, my replacement I got in November stopped working completely about 2 weeks ago. They sent me another replacement. Would hurt and tell them how much you love it, etc. |

I have the FitBit One. I didn't want to wear something on my wrist, and I just clip it on my pocket or waistband. Love it. If anyone wants to add me, I'm lydia@tarbox.name.

Sherri, my sister's was doing that and she was over warranty but contacted them anyway, and they replaced it. It probably had something to do with all the news media about the Fitbit Force recall, because they were all too eager to hook her up.
I use one, but I'm not wearing it for about another month till I can get outside and move more. It's just TOO DEPRESSING to see how inactive I am when it's cold that I stop wearing it, lol! I did this last year too. Took it off from Dec-Feb. I'll remember to look you gals up in another month tho! |

Mine wasn't working either but I googled it and realized the charging heads needed to be cleaned. I did that and now it is working great again! Who knew! I used mine a ton for the longest time and then got out of it, nuw now I am going to start using it again. I am l_johnston@ hotmail.com. Add me if you'd like!

I cleaned the charging heads and also reset it today. We'll see what happens. I'm just getting ready to put it back on.

I have one but I have a hard enough time without comparing myself to others. I do love it, and I'm even starting to use the app to track my meal intake. But probably not on weekends. Especially this weekend.

sorry, just now caught up with this thread. I just added all of ya.
I'm sorry to hear that some people are having problems with their fitbit. Hmm. haven't had a problem with mine or they will be hearing about it. So do call them to get it replaced if not satisfied |
