Default I keep opening Photoshop...

and then nothing happens. I open pictures, various bits of kits, templates...and just NOTHING happens. I can't remember the last time this happened - I've lost my mojo before for sure, but usually I can at least do SOMETHING. I have read the portfolio tasks 193857298375979723987 gazillion times and still nothing.

Apparently getting 30pts on the portfolio in a previous month wipes out my creativity completely. Please send it back to me, universe! Please?

I'm feeling the same way lately. I did get three layouts done this month but I was no where near happy with them & ended up using a template on each of them.

Time to take a step back and stop forcing the issue. Go read a magazine, or take a walk, or start a book, and come back to it tomorrow.

this is what I do. I read a book or sew or even do some crafty/hybrid stuff for a few days or a week and then I can usually jump back in with a template and then after the template page I can usually then create my "own" pages again!!! Good luck....it'll be back!!!

That's when I walk away. Last night I started a layout and left it. I think my mind is to all over the place. I just want this baby out and am trying to make it to next Tuesday.

Exactly. Sometimes I also use mojo-less time for sorting scrapbooking files.

I've done this too. Sometimes you find something you forgot you had and it inspires you. And if it doesn't, at least you're more organized for when the mojo comes back!

sigh.........I'm in this boat too. Every time I have sat down to my computer for the past couple of weeks it's been TECH issues..mostly stupid time warner cable...and I just feel drained. So I'm printing the portfolio and gonna try to get my mojo jump started that way. Has to come back some time right? LOL ........right??????...............right?

I've been struggling with lack of mojo lately too. Besides my CT pages, I've done nothing on my own. I have to say my computer files have never been tidier though, or my photo folders. LOL. In the meantime I've wasted an extraordinary amount of time on pintrest, facebook and searching for kiddies easter crafts.
