Thumbs up Guess what?
I don't know if you remember, but two weeks ago I was REALLY upset after my doctor's appointment. I had been ordered to a strict diet plan.

I'M DOWN 15 POUNDS as of THIS MORNING!!!!!!!!
I'm really excited and feeling really motivated.

I had a wonderful NSV (non scale victory) as well. One of my co-workers whom I don't see everyday looked at me as I was putting my lunch in the fridge. She said, "Hey Samara, are you losing weight?" I said, "Yep, 15 lbs as of this morning." She smiled and said she could tell and was really happy for me. I haven't told ANYONE at work about my diet plan cause honestly I don't care to discuss it. SHE noticed and SHE commented!!!! I'm so thrilled and wanted to share with all of you!
