Pro-gray here. I definitely am sprouting a lot of white hairs right in the front. But I've had hairdressers ask who highlights my hair...I told them God did, via my spouse and kid. LOL. My hair is doing what my dad's did...sort of fading into another color.
Mom had walnut colored hair and when she started going gray, she colored it. Ten years later she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. In doing research, we discovered that some studies link dark hair dye to lymphoma. That, combined with our family history, was enough to persuade her not to dye her hair anymore (once it grew back that is). She now has gorgeous silver hair.
