I'm 35 and if I didn't color I would be totally white. It's bad. I am a teacher too. I don't feel like I'm ready to not color yet. I started going gray/white at 25. I go to a hairdresser and she told me last time "You know if we didn't do this you would be totally white." Thanks, I feel awesome!
