This is sort of a spin-off of Heddy's post about Skinnytaste. I didn't want to bog her post down with outside recipes, so I thought I'd ask here.
Has anyone used a veggie spiralizer? I got one for Christmas (by request), and I LOVE IT! I have found several recipes that I want to try on
this site, but I made this one last week:
It was absolutely AMAZING. We devoured it. No leftovers. Even Chloe loved eating the "green noodles."
I can't wait to go through and try some more.
So, if you use a spiralizer, what are your favorite recipes?
