"They" definitely need to figure out the charging thing if everyone is expected to make the switch in the future. DH's car can go about 250 miles so it's perfect for his <20 mile commute to work but he probably would have gotten something else if I didn't have a gas powered vehicle we could use for longer trips. Mine is also paid off and I plan to keep it as long as I can.
