I've been thinking about this for a long time. I have my Medical Office Admin Degree but I want to go to Culinary School. I'd like to become a pastry chef!
I'm 46 and I feel like I would be ancient when I finally graduated!
I'd have to do part time as I still have small kids at home and I'm hoping I can find some night school courses to get me started.
