You summed it up quite well, Kellie! I was questioning myself the whole time, before I told Lan honestly how I felt, but I am glad I told him and that he understood the feeling. I am blessed with a wonderfully loving MIL, one that does not meddle with our household, but, having only one child, she can be 'too much' in loving her adult son. I understand and try to let it be sometimes, but, there are times it's just too much...
