We aren't big on eating leftovers, so I try to make "just enough" when cooking. I'll split a casserole into 2 smaller pans and freeze one.
Once in a while I'll cook extra chicken for sandwiches.
My boys will eat leftover spaghetti, so I make extra of that every time.
