I highly recommend spicy V-8 or zin zang Bloody Mary mix instead of any water.
It adds flavor and spice and color, but not too-too much salt. Just a little can in your Insta pot or crock pot makes all the difference in the world. Freeze any leftover into cube holders and add to practically anything.
