I am not doing a book journal myself but I do plan to at least make a page with all the books I've read last year. I only managed 40 so I plan to use this template from Cindy for a couple of pages. It likely won't work for your needs as it is but in my head I'm imagining removing all the photo spots and journaling on the pages instead... just a thought! Anyway, hope you find something in here, or even elsewhere, to help you get your journal going!
