Oh, Nico, what a temper you have! I love you dearly but sometimes you are just so frustrating. Lately, some of your favorite phrases include “No!” “Don’t Touch Me!” “Get Away From ME!” “I Don’t like that!” and “I don’t want to.” I know that alot of that is a toddler thing, but you are also a very strong-willed child and you are very set in your ways. In alot of ways that is a good thing, I think it means that you won't take any crap form people as you get older, but at the same time it results in alot of battles between you and authority figures, such as your mommy. Somedays I have to remind myself that eventually you will be all grown up and I will miss the good and the bad from your toddler days. This song, by Trace Adkins, always makes me think of that, especially when it comes on in the car while you are in the backseat yelling “No mommy, stop singing right now! I listen to Elmo right now!” and I am threatening to “Pull this car over right now if you don’t knock it off!”
Lyrics are from "You're Gonna Miss This" by Trace Adkins
