March 1st 2009-So the last few days
we have had gorgeous weather. Today, it hit about 80 degrees at about 9:30am, so we put on some sunscreen and our sandals and went out to the backyard to do some yard work. I got to pick up dog poop (lucky me) while Chris installed the next part of the drip system to the new flowers we bought a few weeks ago (this is like the 3rd time we have done this due to the dogs digging). Then, we went to Home Depot for some lawn items, and went back outside after nap. Macy loves being outside-especially when daddy is out there too. She helps him shovel dirt (with her little gardening tools we bought her for Christmas) and she LOVES to help me water the plants-so she can get wet and stomp in the mud puddles. It is so fun, I don't mind picking up the dog poop to do it!
