Journaling:I ask myself this question a lot the past couple of days. I have a big beautiful family & I?m so grateful for all of them but in my mind right now I find them to be aggravating is it because of my recent loss, my grief consumes me and I?m not sure how to hold onto it all and be okay with all of them. I try to give them all the attention they need but I feel like I need me time and it's not possible so I wait and see what the future holds not only for me but all of us....
