Ohh what a powerful page, Heidi. Your journaling is touching. It captures that flurry of conflicting emotions so honestly. I'm so sorry for your loss but also feel as though you're right. The laughing to cover the tears, the family time spent together, surrounding yourself with joy and fun...I'm sure he saw and knew and loving you.
Also this is a fabulous play with paper. Beautiful page in every way.
