I started this baby girl blanket many years ago, hopeful that someday I would have a daughter.
But I now know there will not be a daughter added to our family. There will not be hair bows or dolls,
little girly giggles, or pink frilly lace dresses. I only have this blanket to remind me of what I will
never have. And it makes me a little wistful.
