For the Scrap with the SugarBabes Challenge 3/26
Journaling Reads:
I could say that spring means change, growth, new life, blah blah blah. But let’s be real. Anyone in academia knows that spring really means that summer break is just around the corner! That means no more wacky excuses from students about why they’re missing the test (“Um, Dr. B? My family is having Thanksgiving in October this year, so I need to miss the test.”), no more papers handed in smelling like marijuana (Yep, for real.), and no more long days where I often forget to eat lunch because I’m so busy. So you see, to me, spring means that the calm, relaxing days of summer break are finally within reach after 9 long months of hard work. Now that’s what spring is REALLY about.
