Well, by the end of January, our little family is off to do many things. We took two “hikes”-one in the White Tank Mts. and one on a paved trail out in a developed area. We went to the zoo to see the new local aquarium. We have spent some time at Busy Bodies. We have started working outside on the yard again-even Macy has been using her tools to help daddy move rock and shovel dirt. Currently, Macy loves to watch the Chipmunks on DVD-that is all she asks for these days-that and apple pie-which we have gone out to eat at least twice in January. We have been to visit Jeff and Audra, and to do a little shopping for some spring clothes. I am currently reading Bella Tuscany and Macy loves to read Elmo books-and everything else. Macy loves to play with buttons-here she is in the truck punching them and hitting the hazard button. She has learned lots of new words this montho-and we are now saying three word sentences. She knows most of the letters of the alphabet (even when you mix them up) and has just started to use the toilet-ASKING to use it-which is totally cute! “Pee Potty” anyone?
