I used to think how unlucky I was that I had a six year gap between you and Aspen. I was so sad that it took so long to get pregnant with you. And then when I finally gave up, I got pregnant. It’s not that I didn’t want you. It’s just that I wanted my kids to be closer in age. Now, I look back and realize why you were so slow coming to our family. Heavenly Father knew that I would need a little buddy to hang out with me during the day while Chase and Aspen were at school. Megan, you are my little shadow. You follow me around all day. We take naps together. You sit on my lap while I work on the computer, and your smile and silly talking makes me happy. Some may say I’m unlucky to have a six year gap, but I say NOT SO! I’m lucky to have all three of you - six year gap or not, I wouldn’t change at thing.
