In the country where Tiger Lillies grow wild there once was a little girl who loved her Father very much. Every year from as far back as she can remember the girl’s Father always picked her a beautiful bouquet of wild Tiger Lillies when they began to bloom. The year before the Father passed away he was very very sick having lost both of his legs to Diabetes. It became very hard for him to get around but still he insisted on being taken out so he could continue the tradition they both loved so much. The girl’s Mother pulled as close to the lillies as she could so the man could reach them from the window of the car. The man took his time picking the most perfect blooms he could find as if he knew ths was the last time he would be able to do this for his daughter. The man's took his final breath 6 months later leaving a hole in the girl's heart that will never be filled. The girl is now married with a family of her own but when the Tiger Lillies are in bloom she remembers how much her Father loved her and how those bright orange petals will always remind her of him.
