I rushed outside on a whim when i heard thunder in the
distance. At first, the sky was just a tad bit gray.
Then all of a sudden these big gray and white clouds
literally came rolling across the sky at a pretty fast
pace. it was really neat to see mother nature at
work! The wind picked up and about 5 minutes later,
the power went out. it stayed out for about three
hours, came on for twenty minutes then went out again. we sat by candlelight and the kids thought this was really neat. it was way after midnight before the power was back on again. it was an exciting night.
