My biggest success of 2022 is managing my A1C levels (I am pre-diabetic) with exercise and a complete change of my diet.
It hasn't always been fun, it also hasn't always been easy. But as I am fighting a losing battle with my genetics, I have felt that it is better to manage it this way than to take tablets. I successfully dropped my levels from 6.5 to 5.6 which is HUGE and I am so proud of myself (and my chef hubby).
