The Seasons was the fanciest place to eat in the town I grew up in. It required a reservation most times, and you had to park down below the house and go up the stairs to the entrance. This is the dish they were most known for. The recipe was published in the local paper, and my mom saved it. It makes a huge pot so a perfect recipe for when you have company coming.
